Material Handler / Inventory Control

SolidSurface Designs is a well-established and respected custom fabricator and installer of Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface and other materials seeking a self-motivated individual to join its team as an Inventory Controller, Receiver and Material Handler

Primary Objective:

• Manage and control inventory
• Shipping and receiving
• Stage material for production

Major Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Matching POs with packing slips, tagging slabs, staging slabs, tagging remnants
• Managing stone yard
• Shop work as needed
• Assisting Lead Installer in the field when required

Qualifications:

• Be dependable, independent and aggressive in completing your job responsibilities
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Experience is desirable, but not required. Willing to train the right person
